Project Homeless Connect (PHC)
PHC is a service provider fair held in January and July for the homeless people of Tempe, Arizona. The goal of PHC is to help connect homeless people with vital services such as temporary shelters, medical attention, government benefits, veteran benefits as well as providing showers, haircuts, clothing, bus tickets and lunch. Volunteers are instrumental at these events.
